You get the massage. You feel good for a few hours. By the next morning, you are already somewhere else.
You take the long weekend. You sleep in. You read the book. On Tuesday afternoon, your shoulders are back in your ears.
You do the breathwork. You finish the session. You open your laptop. Within twenty minutes, your chest is tight again.
This pattern is not a discipline problem. It is not a mindset problem. It is not a matter of finding the right method or committing more fully to the one you have.
