Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read before booking.

Studio Sessions

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If Brief & Breathe cancels a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable guides, audio content, and resources, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been provided.

Personal Use

All digital products and session recordings, if applicable, are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
